rooftop pool, spacious room, convenient street cart

Location felt a bit too far north for my liking!!! Limited kitchen supplies definitely need improvement, along with the outdated frying pans that could pose health risks!!! A larger grocery store nearby would have been a nice addition!!!

my stay was fantastic, with easy access to Fifth Avenue and stunning local eateries just a few steps from the hotel, making it the perfect base for exploring the area and unwinding after my adventures.

the noise from neighbors was unbearable, so I guess that's what I get for staying on the third floor. and don't even get me started on the dirty sheets—you'd think they could spare some effort. as a guest, I expected a welcome drink or something, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. absoluteley disappointing.

The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk to Fifth Avenue and nearby pristine beaches, providing a perfect balance of calmness and accessibility.

While the studio had a kitchenette, the lack of a table to sit at made it uncomfortable for dining in.

The staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay, particularly Tali and Agos, who offered valuable recommendations. Our Superior Suite was spacious, clean, and boasted a beautiful city view. The rooftop pool was a true highlight, complete with towels and loungers, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

However, occasional noise from nearby streets disrupted the tranquility we sought.

The Superior Suite was spacious and modern with a comfy bed. I loved the strong shower and high-speed WiFi. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring. Just wish there was better airflow for hanging wet beach gear since the washer/dryer was handy. Everything else felt super chill, and it was just a short walk to the beach and local eats.

the dogs barking at night was a pain. but the rooftop pool was great! nice and clean space with a washer/dryer. the location was close to good local eateries and convenience stores, which was a bonus!

It was just a strong match for a weekend escape in Playa del Carmen with outstanding value for money. I appreciated the spacious terrace that provided a nice spot to enjoy the evening air. Try to avoid staying on the ground floor unless you don't mind some noise at night.

My stay at Mare Playa Del Carmen was delightful! The spacious apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing after visiting nearby restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable.

Amazing stay! The studio had air conditioning, a full kitchenette, and a balcony with a nice view. Loved the rooftop pool and the spa facilities, especially the kids' pool. Everything was super clean with free toiletries and daily fresh towels, which was a nice touch!
